1. Data we collect

• Name & email (when you subscribe or contact us)

• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe – we never see full card details)

• IP address, browser type, device info (standard website analytics)

• Any messages you send us

2. How we use your data (legal basis)

• To provide and manage your VIP membership (Contract)

• To process payments and prevent fraud (Legal obligation & Legitimate interests)

• To send you Competition updates and clues (Legitimate interests – you can opt out)

• To improve the site and analyse traffic (Legitimate interests)

3. Who we share your data with

• Stripe (UK) – payment processing

• Wix (Israel/USA) – website hosting (EU–UK adequacy decision applies)

• Law enforcement – only if legally required

4. International transfers Data may be processed outside the UK/EEA by Wix and Stripe. Both have UK adequacy decisions and Standard Contractual Clauses in place.

5. How long we keep your data

• Active VIP members: while your subscription is live + 6 years (tax law)

• Cancelled members: 90 days after cancellation (then deleted)

• Website visitors: analytics data anonymised after 26 months

6. Your rights (UK GDPR) You have the right to:

• Access your data

• Correct inaccurate data

• Delete your data (“right to be forgotten”)

• Restrict or object to processing

• Data portability

7. Security All payment data is encrypted and processed by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1). We use HTTPS and regular security updates.

8. Cookies & tracking We use essential cookies and Google Analytics (anonymised IP). You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser.
