1. Nature of the Competition This is a skill-based prize competition governed by the Gambling Act 2005. It is not a lottery – no element of chance. Winning requires substantial skill, knowledge and judgement.

2. Eligibility Open only to UK residents aged 18+. No purchase necessary. Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are excluded.

3. Competition Period Starts: 00:00 GMT on 24 December 2025 Ends: 00:00 GMT on 06 April 2026 (midnight after Easter Sunday 2026) In the event of technical outage, the end time extends to the next GMT midnight.

4. Prize One (1) 2025 Tesla Model 3 Long Range + £50,000 cash (total value £100,500). The entire prize is fully covered by prize indemnity insurance. The Promoter guarantees delivery to any verified winner who locates and digs up the sealed container within the 24-hour final window.

5. Indemnity & Release By participating, you agree to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Promoter, its officers, employees, agents, landowners, insurers and any third parties involved in the Competition from and against any and all claims, demands, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising directly or indirectly from:

   • Your participation or attempted participation

   • Any breach of these Terms

   • Trespass, damage to property, or interference with land

   • Personal injury, death or damage to property sustained by you or any third party

   • Any claim by a landowner or member of the public You further release the Promoter from all liability in connection with the above.

6. How to Enter & Win

   • Entry is free.

   • Clues published weekly on official channels.

   • First person to dig up the container within 24 hours of the final public clue and contact the Promoter wins.

   • Verification requires photographic/video evidence of the unopened container in situ.

   • Provides hints, early content, discounts and drops only. Does not affect eligibility or odds.

8. Liability Participants dig at their own risk and must comply with all laws. The Promoter is not liable for injury, loss or damage.
